How it all began…

Hello, my name is Paula Duarte, and I started this project in April 2018.

NorteSpring – Watch Straps came about because of the difficulty of finding replacement straps (universal straps) online in Portugal that were compatible with a wide range of watch brands, were of good quality and didn’t cost a “small fortune”.

As a collector of watches from various brands, buying a new strap for an older watch was proving a bit of a challenge. Finding a modern, functional strap that would fit the watch model meant I had to visit several watch shops, and it was often necessary to spend a considerable amount of money to bring a watch back into use after it had been left unused due to the lack of a compatible and attractive strap.

Today, NorteSpring has grown, but our mission remains the same: to offer high-quality universal straps at a fair price through our online shop, and to help our customers find the strap that best suits their watch and personal preferences.

Our principles

  • Our customers are our top priority. From product quality and the shopping experience to after-sales support, we are always here for our customers.
  • We believe that a watch is an extension of our personality and personal style. Never wear a watch strap that you don’t like and that doesn’t reflect your identity.
  • Wearing the same watch strap day after day is incredibly boring. Give your watch a new lease of life by treating it to a new strap every now and then.
