If you’ve ordered the wrong size or simply aren’t happy with your purchase, we’ve got you covered. We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges on all unused items*, provided they’re returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If you’d like an exchange, please let us know which new product you’d like. We’d also love to hear your feedback.

We are committed to making returns and exchanges hassle-free and as quick as possible. Please email us to let us know you wish to make an exchange or return. We will process your refund or exchange within 2 to 4 working days of receipt.

* Items must be unworn, meaning they must not have been fitted to the watch, worn, adjusted or tried on. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, or by bank transfer if that is more convenient for you. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value. The customer is responsible for returning the products to us.
