Start Shopping1 – INTRODUCTION
1.1 – These Terms and Conditions govern the sale, including registration, of NorteSpring products via the website www.nortespring.com.
1.2 – The website www.nortespring.com is managed by the company One Thousand B. C. Unip, LDA, company registration number 514 029 811, with its registered office at Rua Poço dos Mouros, No. 38, 1st Floor, 3885-609 Esmoriz, Portugal.
1.3 – For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
a) – “NorteSpring” – The products sold on the website www.nortespring.com;
b) – “User” – Any natural person, not a trader, who places an order via the website www.nortespring.com;
1.4 – Use of the website www.nortespring.com and the purchase of NorteSpring products implies the User’s knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2 – REGISTRATION ON THE WEBSITE
2.1 To place an order, the User may first register by completing the fields on the form available on the website www.nortespring.com.
2.1.1 It is also possible to place an order without prior registration. However, by registering on the website, your details and preferences will be saved for easier use in future purchases.
2.2 After completing registration, the User has access to their personal account, where they can manage their account settings, their favourite items and their orders.
2.3 From the moment you access your personal account, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3 – NORTESPRING PRODUCTS
3.1 The website www.nortespring.com is aimed at all users who wish to purchase watch straps from their home or workplace, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.2 Information regarding product specifications can be found at www.nortespring.com.
3.3 NorteSpring reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information, product range, prices, promotions and terms and conditions presented on the website www.nortespring.com.
4 – PLACING ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE
4.1 – To place an order on www.nortespring.com, the User must have an email account and their browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow them to make full use of the NorteSpring online shop.
4.1.1 – The User may purchase products online, for which it is necessary that:
a) They find the product(s) they wish to purchase;
b) They add the selected product(s) to the “Shopping Basket”;
c) Enter the User’s personal details, which will be stored in the NorteSpring database in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including the “Delivery Address”, “Billing Address”, the “Payment Method”, telephone number and tax identification number (NIF);
d) Review your order and confirm the order;
4.2 – The User will receive an order confirmation email with details regarding the payment method they have selected. Once payment has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
4.3 – NorteSpring will make all purchase details available via the website www.nortespring.com, in the respective customer area.
4.4 – Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address specified during the purchase process, together with the detailed invoice.
4.5 – By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described at www.nortespring.com, as well as the Privacy Policy.
4.6 – NorteSpring reserves the right not to accept and to cancel orders that have already been confirmed in the following situations:
a) The product is not available;
b) Payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website www.nortespring.com;
c) Payment is not confirmed;
d) The billing information is incorrect or unverifiable;
e) We have not received the bank transfer for payment of the order within 5 (five) days of accepting your order;
f) There is an error in the price quotation;
g) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.
5- PRICES
5.1 – The prices of the products displayed on the website www.nortespring.com include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total VAT payable by the User will be indicated on the invoice sent to the User.
5.2 – All prices are quoted in euros (€). Please note that a change in the country of delivery may affect prices due to different transport costs. Any customs charges relating to the country of delivery of the order shall be borne by the customer.
5.3 – The prices of the products shown on the website are subject to change. NorteSpring reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applicable to that purchase.
5.4 – Should there be any error in the price of the products ordered, NorteSpring or the User may, until the order is dispatched, cancel the order.
5.5 – The total price specified at checkout includes taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and delivery costs.
5.6 – The User must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.
6 – PAYMENT METHODS
6.1 The User may pay for their purchases via the payment processor PayPal, via ATM reference, MBWAY, credit card and via bank transfer.
6.2 NorteSpring does not accept any payment methods other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any means other than those specified. If they do so, we cannot be held liable for loss of payment or any other damages that may result.
7- DELIVERY COSTS
7.1 Shipments to mainland Portugal are handled by GLS, and you will be provided with a tracking code for your order. Delivery is free for all purchases over €34.99, and costs €2.90 for purchases of €34.99 or less.
7.2 Shipments to the Portuguese Islands (Azores and Madeira) are handled by CTT, and you will be provided with a tracking code for your order. Delivery is free for all orders over €34.99, and costs €2.90 for orders of €34.99 or less.
7.3 For deliveries outside Portugal, all orders will incur a shipping charge and may be subject to customs duties, depending on the country of delivery.
8- DELIVERY
8.1 – NorteSpring dispatches the product(s) ordered by the User from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm, excluding public holidays, and on the days and at the times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the User.
8.2 – Our delivery service does not include a scheduling option, so the order will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier.
8.4 – NorteSpring will inform the User of the unavailability of the ordered product(s) and will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from becoming aware of the unavailability.
8.5 – Upon delivery, the User must inspect the packaging for any damage. If the User finds that the products are damaged, they must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible with supporting photographs, via email to hello@nortespring.com and, if agreed, NorteSpring will resend the order at no cost to the User. Should the User wish to cancel the order, the full amount paid will be refunded.
8.6 – If you do not receive your order within a maximum of 90 (ninety) days from the date of payment, please send an email to hello@nortespring.com informing us of the situation. After this period, NorteSpring cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.
9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
9.1 – The User may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the order, provided that:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) retain their original characteristics and labels are intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. All materials accompanying the orders must be returned.
9.2 – The User may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending the Withdrawal Form or by any other unequivocal statement of withdrawal from the contract to the email address hello@nortespring.com. You can download the Withdrawal Form here.
9.3 – The costs of returning the order when exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by NorteSpring.
9.4 – Once the returned product has been received, NorteSpring will examine and confirm the condition of the order and, where applicable, will refund the amounts paid by the User for the order within a maximum of 10 (ten) days, using the same method used to pay for the order.
9.5 – Should the returned items show signs of use, NorteSpring reserves the right not to accept the return and to refuse a refund for them.
9.6 – The User should note that, should their return have been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, NorteSpring will not refund the shipping costs. Consequently, NorteSpring will not reimburse the shipping costs initially incurred by the customer for the relevant order.
9.7 – Please note that these terms and conditions apply only to orders placed in Portugal. If your order was placed outside Portugal, please contact us via email at hello@nortespring.com.

10- CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
10.1 – The User may cancel their order, provided they request this via email at hello@nortespring.com before it is dispatched.
10.2 – If the order has been received prior to dispatch, we will refund the amounts paid by the User as stated on the order, via the same method used to pay for the order, within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days.
10.3 – If the order has been received after dispatch, the rules set out in the previous section regarding the right of free cancellation shall apply.
10.4 – It is not possible to cancel or exchange orders that have been made to the User’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
10.5 – NorteSpring does not offer exchanges. The User may exchange the ordered products for others available on the website, bearing all costs relating to the exchange.
10.6 – In the event that the ordered product is defective or otherwise non-compliant, the User may choose to:
a) have the product repaired;
b) replace the product;
c) terminate the contract.
10.7 – As soon as the User discovers a defect or other non-conformity in the product, they must notify us via email at hello@nortespring.com, sending supporting photographs.
10.8 – As soon as we receive your email, we will contact you to resolve the issue by mutual agreement.
10.9 – Whichever option the User chooses, in accordance with clause 11.6, the respective costs will always be borne by NorteSpring.
10.10 – In the absence of payment, the order will be automatically cancelled after 5 working days from the date of the order.
11 – QUALITY
NorteSpring does not sell second-hand, defective or substandard products. The main features of each product shown on www.nortespring.com are listed on each product page.
NorteSpring will make every effort to ensure that the colours of the products appearing on the website www.nortespring.com are as accurate and true to life as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is displaying the exact colours.
12- COMPLAINTS
With a view to the continuous improvement of the services provided, NorteSpring will endeavour to address and resolve complaints submitted by the User within 5 (five) working days, via email to hello@nortespring.com.
13- WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES
NorteSpring products are covered by the guarantee of conformity provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.
14. EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NorteSpring does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website www.nortespring.com, or any of its features, and the website may be suspended for maintenance, repairs or updates.
Similarly, NorteSpring shall not be liable for any damages arising, directly or indirectly, from force majeure events that prevent NorteSpring, in any way, from fulfilling its obligations, namely strikes, power failures, telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, the inability to obtain products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or carriers, and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.
NorteSpring shall not be liable for any misuse of the User’s website access details by third parties, as these are personal and non-transferable.
15. AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NorteSpring reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time; such amendments shall be deemed to have taken effect and users shall be deemed to have been notified upon publication of the amended Terms and Conditions on the website www.nortespring.com.
