Start ShoppingNorteSpring dispatches the ordered product(s) from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm, excluding public holidays, and on the days and at the times specified by the logistics company, to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Our delivery service does not include a scheduled delivery option, so the parcel will be delivered without prior contact from the carrier. If you select CTT Correio Azul delivery, there is no need to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address. For most deliveries, and given the small size and weight of the envelope, the parcel will be placed directly in your letterbox. If you opt for registered post, and if no one is at the address, the parcel can be collected from the nearest CTT post office.
Delivery times are 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation. Please note that NorteSpring’s ability to fulfil orders depends on the time of year, promotional periods and the constraints of the carriers, particularly CTT.
In the event of a stock shortage, NorteSpring will inform the customer of the unavailability of the ordered product(s) and will refund the amount paid within a maximum of 5 (five) days from becoming aware of the unavailability.
Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging for any damage. If the products are found to be damaged, the customer must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. Please report the situation, if possible with supporting photographs, by emailing hello@nortespring.com and, if agreed, NorteSpring will resend the order at no cost to the customer. If you wish to cancel the order, you will be refunded the full amount paid.
If you do not receive your order within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of payment, please send an email to hello@nortespring.com informing us of the situation, so that we can quickly take the necessary steps to find a solution.
In the case of delivery by registered post, delivery is deemed to have been made upon signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
