If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products within the first year of purchase, please email us at hello@nortespring.com. We will refund the amount paid or exchange the item for another product, whichever you prefer.

Please include the following information in your email:

  1. Your first and last name and order number;
  2. Please state whether you would like a refund or an exchange;
  3. Please specify the products with which you are not fully satisfied;
  4. If you wish to exchange, please state which product you would like to receive.
